At Master Colourists we accept most major debit and credit cards and Apple Pay. 

It’s not an issue to rearrange your booked appointment. Please log into your Master Colourists booking portal and select your new time and date or call 01483 452245 to speak to the team.

You can cancel your appointment by logging into your booking portal or call 01483 452245 to speak to the team.

Booking online is very easy. Simply visit our booking portal and enter your details and desired appointment time. Then, just click 'book' to secure your booking.

Yes, you can book a colour appointment only. 
Just select a colour appointment when you book online or speak to the team for further details. Although, we find that once you see what our team can do - you'll be wanting to try it all!

Yes, you can add a treatment when booking online or speak to the team when you arrive at the salon for your booked appointment. Our team will discuss the full list of treatments that are right for your hair and explain the benefits.

You can process the discount code when you book online. It will ask you to enter a code at time of booking or quote your discount code when you book over the phone.

Unfortunately we don’t offer kids' cuts at the moment.

We have designed and built our salon with Covid in mind; allowing extra space in the spa area and at our cutting stations. This will ensure your safety throughout your appointment. 
 
Our teams will be wearing masks and we have protective screens in place. You will be asked to wear your mask throughout the appointment and asked few questions during your consultation. 
 
Styling stations will be cleaned between appointments and other areas of the salon.
